Welcome to Endocrine Society service! Your contribution as a committee or activity member is truly vital to supporting the mission and Strategic Plan of the Society. Below is important information to get you started. Once you receive an invitation to serve on a Society activity, the group’s staff liaison(s) will contact you shortly to schedule an orientation.

Travel Information

Booking flights

  • The Society’s travel agency is MacNair Travel Management
  • Carefully read the travel reimbursement guidelines prior to booking travel (located on the second tab of the reimbursement form). Domestic flights should be purchased 30 days in advance of the meeting and must be a non-refundable coach round-trip ticket; international travel should be purchased 45 days in advance and allowable reimbursements amounts vary depending on flight time and departure countries.
  • Returning users should login to www.concursolutions.com to book travel; new users must complete a new profile registration form
  • International members should contact Odie Robinson at orobinson@macnairtravel.com or call toll free at 855-484-0545
  • The closest airports are Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) and Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD)

Travel Reimbursement

  • Members should complete a travel reimbursement form with receipts as soon as possible after an in-person meeting (within a week or two is ideal) to payables@endocrine.org

  • Note that ENDO reimbursement guidelines differ from other meetings

Hotel Information

With the exception of ENDO meetings, Endocrine Society staff will manage members' hotel reservations for meetings in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Members are responsible for booking their hotels for any meetings at ENDO.

The local transportation in DC is Metro and there are plenty of taxi cabs and Ubers.

Conflict of Interest

Members serving on a committee or other Society activities are asked to complete a COI form electronically through their member accounts. Members serving on long term committees are to update their forms annually.
