Women in Endocrinology (WE) Annual Meeting

This annual dinner meeting is open to all WE members and interested Endocrinologists, and offers a great networking opportunity It features an invited speaker of general interest, and a summary of WE activities during the previous year. Recipients of the WE 2017 Mentor Award, and also of the WE Young Investigator, Endocrine Society’s Early Career Forum, and Australasian Branch of Women in Endocrinology Travel Grant Awards are also recognized. All ENDO 2018 registrants are invited to attend. Seating is limited. Advance registration and fee is required.

Association of Endocrine Chiefs & Directors

Join us for the annual Association of Endocrine Chiefs and Directors (AECD) meeting and dinner. This is an opportunity for Chiefs/Directors of academic Divisions of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism to network and discuss important issues that are relevant to establishing and maintaining successful clinical, research, and training operations. Mentoring and Poster Reception

The Committee on Diversity and Inclusion is hosting this reception at ENDO 2018. Advisors at topic tables are available to address career challenges facing underrepresented students, postdocs, fellows and faculty. In-training and early career professionals interested in presenting their research are also invited to attend. This event presents a great networking opportunity for mentors from the Endocrine Society, industry, and government to share their career experiences and advice for young scientists.

Endocrine Nurses Society, Symposium, Business Meeting, Luncheon, Poster Session & Reception

These individually scheduled sessions are designed to provide senior post-doctoral and clinical fellows with personalized and in-depth review of their grant specific aims from leaders in the endocrine research community. Scheduling is limited and on first-come, first-served basis. Advance registration is required. The registration deadline is January 26, 2018.

These conference rooms are available for 45-minute periods starting on the hour from 8:00 AM on a first come, first served basis.
