ENDO 2024 Call for Late Breaking Abstracts

March 19, 2024

There is no better place to share your research than ENDO, the Endocrine Society's annual meeting. Submitting an abstract earns media coverage for your work, connects you with scientific investigators with similar interests, and helps drive patient care for the people that need us most. All accepted abstracts will also be published in a supplement to our Open Access publication, Journal of the Endocrine Society (JES) and assigned a DOI.

ENDO 2024 takes place June 1-4, 2024 in Boston, MA. The ENDO 2024 Late Breaking abstract submission site is now CLOSED.

Abstract decisions from our regular submission cycle are now available. If you are presenting an abstract that was submitted during our previous cycle, please see your ENDO Presenter Portal to view your abstract status.

Please note, only abstract presenting authors will be able to access the ENDO Presenter Portal to view presentation information.  Presenters should contact their co-authors to share updates to their abstract submission. Co-authors will be able to view abstract presentation information when abstracts are made available in the ENDO Program Planner in late-March.

If you are a presenting author and you have not received an abstract decision notification, please check your spam and junk folders. Also be sure to add the [email protected] email to your whitelist! You are also able to view your notification in your ENDO Presenter Portal.

QUICK TIPS

  • Abstract submission does not automatically register you for ENDO. Presenting authors must be registered for your abstract to be included in the ENDO 2024 program.
  • All submissions require payment of the non-refundable $150 abstract handling fee.
  • Receipts for the non-refundable $150 abstract handling fee are available within the abstract submission site. To access, login with your endocrine.org username and password.
  • The abstract character limit is 2,500 characters, including punctuation and symbols, but not spaces.
  • Submitting authors may log into the site to edit their abstract up until the abstract submission deadline. NO REVISIONS to the abstract or the list of authors will be allowed once the site closes on the deadline date.
  • Late Breaking Abstract notifications will be emailed to presenting authors only in mid-May. Presenting authors are responsible for communicating the presentation status of their abstract with their co-authors.

For questions regarding your abstract, please contact [email protected].

ENDO 2024 Abstract Embargo Policy

Unless otherwise noted, all abstracts presented at ENDO must not be released to the press or the public until the date and time of presentation. For oral presentations, the abstracts are embargoed until the session begins. Abstracts presented at a news conference are embargoed until the date and time of the news conference. The Endocrine Society reserves the right to lift the embargo on specific abstracts that are selected for promotion prior to or during ENDO. Please visit the ENDO media resource page for more information.
