About Us

The Association of Program Directors in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism (APDEM), is the key source for information on training programs in Endocrinology and Metabolism. APDEM’s members are the directors of the training programs that prepare fellows, residents, and medical students for clinical and research careers in Endocrinology and Metabolism.

APDEM’s Council is elected from its membership and provides guidance for its efforts to support fellowship training programs and their trainees. APDEM’s work is supported by its membership and by its sister societies. APDEM is headquartered in Washington, DC.
