Claiming Credits and Certificates of Participation

Evaluations are now open. Follow the steps below to claim credits and your certificate of participation. Evaluations must be completed by December 31, 2021 to receive credit.

  1. Visit education.endocrine.org.
  2. Log in (upper right corner of page).
  3. Click My Courses and select the corresponding evaluation.

Please note that only reported attendees will be given access to the evaluation. Those wishing to claim AAPA must ensure their Center for Learning credit preferences include this credit type. Contact [email protected] before completing the evaluation.


Accreditation

ACCME

The Endocrine Society is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. CEU 2021 is certified for 27 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™, ABIM MOC Points, AAPA Category 1 CME Credits and Nursing Contact Hours (including 9 pharmacotherapeutic contact hours). 

AMA PRA Category 1 Credits

The Endocrine Society designates this activity for a maximum of 27 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should only claim the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. While offering CME credits noted above, this program is not intended to provide extensive training or certification in the field.

Please note that while other accrediting bodies accept AMA PRA Category 1 Credit, we can only award and report this credit for MDs/DOs. For those outside of this accreditation, please complete the participation evaluation and use that certificate as proof of attendance to submit to your accrediting body.

ABIM MOC PointsABIM CME MOC Accredited

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 27 points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.

AAPA Category 1 CME CreditsAAPA Category 1 CME

This activity has been reviewed by the AAPA Review Panel and is compliant with AAPA CME Criteria. This activity is designated for 27 AAPA Category 1 CME Credits. PAs should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation. Approval is valid from 9/10/2021 to 9/12/2021. AAPA reference number: CME-203362. Those wishing to claim AAPA must ensure their Center for Learning credit preferences include this credit type. Nursing Contact Hours

This nursing continuing professional development activity was approved by the Virginia Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. Participants may be awarded up to 27 (including 9 pharmacotherapeutic contact hours) nursing contact hours for participation in this activity. Contact hours will be awarded commensurate with participation and the completion of an evaluation.
