Cancellations made by this date will receive a full refund, minus a $TK processing fee. Requests for changing from the Premium Package to the Standard Package will not be honored.

Cancellations requested between Time-Date, are eligible for a TK% refund less a $TK USD processing fee.
AfterDate
Except in the case of extenuating circumstances, the Society will not issue cancellation refunds for registration or other ticketed events submitted after 11:59 PM ET on Date. Registrants who provide a written notification to the official Registration Management Company for the following circumstances, may receive a full refund less a $TK USD processing fee:
Cancellations requested for other reasons will be reviewed by the Endocrine Society to determine eligibility for full or partial refunds. Cancellation requests submitted after Date, will be reviewed and processed after the Annual Meeting, July 12-15, 2025. All cancellation requests must be submitted by Date 2025 and must be accompanied by a detailed explanation. No refund will be issued for cancellation requests submitted after DATE 2025. All cancellations must be received in writing.
The Endocrine Society reserves the right to charge the correct amount if different from the total payment listed.
