You can secure your housing at one of the official ENDO hotels listed below when you register for ENDO 2026. You also have the option of completing your registration and returning to your profile on the registration site to secure your housing.
Please note that you must be registered for ENDO 2026 to secure housing.

Attendees booking through ENDO 2026’s official housing and registration site and staying at the following hotels will receive complimentary round trip shuttle service to McCormick Place West.

Shuttle passes will be indicated on your official ENDO 2026 badge and are required to ride the shuttle bus.
Attendees who do not book housing through the official ENDO 2026 housing site or not staying at one of the above hotels or may purchase a shuttle pass for $100 during the registration process.
IMPORTANT: If you are sharing a room with a Registered Attendee at an official ENDO 2026 hotel, you must be listed as a registered room occupant in order to receive a complimentary shuttle pass. Individuals who are not listed as room occupants may be subject to a $100 fee.
Guests of registered attendees must purchase a shuttle bus pass for $100.
All housing cancellations must be made on the ENDO 2026 housing site or by writing to [email protected] on or before 5:00 PM ET, May 22, 2026. No cancellations will be taken over the phone.
After that date, your housing request will be transferred to the hotel and any cancellations must be made directly with the hotel starting May 29, 2026, and up to 72 hours prior to arrival.
Room cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to your confirmed arrival will be subject to a penalty of one night's room and tax. If you fail to arrive on your confirmed date, your credit card will be charged one night's room plus tax and your reservation will be cancelled for the remainder of your stay.
Some hotels will charge a penalty for checking out earlier than scheduled. To avoid this, please verify your departure upon arrival.
The Endocrine Society is not responsible for failure to check-in on your scheduled day of arrival and cannot guarantee availability onsite.
FORM OF GUARANTEE: The hotel may charge a deposit on or after May 22, 2026 to the credit/debit card submitted with your reservation. In the case of a no-show or cancellation less than 72 hours prior to your confirmed arrival date, the first night's deposit will be forfeited or charged the night of your expected arrival.
The Endocrine Society cannot provide support or assistance for any reservations made through an outside company or outside of our official housing block.

Engaging with unauthorized registration or housing providers can lead to costly issues, such as registration cancellations, lost reservations, or unexpected fees. If your registration is cancelled by an unauthorized party, you will still be responsible for any ENDO registration fees.
