To cancel your registration, you must email [email protected]. Once processed, a registration cancellation will annul registration to ENDO 2026 as well as your hotel reservation, any related events, products, or services purchased in conjunction with that registration. If a registrant wishes to re-register for specific events hosted in conjunction with ENDO 2026, he/she/they may do so in accordance with ENDO 2026 policies. Products may be purchased through the Society’s online store and/or learning management system if available.
Cancellations requested between 1:01 PM ET on Wednesday, January 28 and before 11:59 PM ET on Tuesday, March 24, are eligible for a full refund less a $100 USD processing fee.
Cancellations requested between 12:01 AM ET on Wednesday, March 25, and 11:59 PM ET on Wednesday, May 6, are eligible for a 50% refund less a $100 USD processing fee.
Except in the case of extenuating circumstances, the Society will not issue cancellation refunds for registrations or other ticketed events submitted after 11:59 pm ET on Wednesday, May 6. However, product purchases may be refunded after that date.
Registrants who provide a written notification to Maritz, ENDO 2026’s official registration partner, for the following circumstances, may receive a full refund less a $100 USD processing fee:
Cancellations requested for other reasons will be reviewed by the Endocrine Society to determine eligibility for full or partial refunds. Cancellation requests submitted after Wednesday, May 6 will be reviewed and processed after ENDO 2026. All cancellation requests must be submitted by Tuesday, June 16, 2026, and must be accompanied by a detailed explanation. No refund will be issued for cancellation requests submitted after Tuesday, June 16, 2026.
Maritz is the official registration and housing provider for ENDO 2026. We advise you to always begin/continue your registration at www.endocrine.org due to unauthorized websites that falsely identify themselves as ENDO 2026.
Engaging with unauthorized registration or housing providers can lead to costly issues, such as registration cancellations, lost reservations, or unexpected fees. If your registration is cancelled by an unauthorized party, you will still be responsible for any ENDO registration fees.
