Society Unveils Redesigned Endocrine News Magazine

Washington, DC September 08, 2015

The Endocrine Society’s monthly magazine Endocrine News debuts a new print design and digital edition with this month’s issue.

The leading magazine for endocrinologists, Endocrine News reaches more than 23,800 readers. In addition to the Society’s 18,000 members, readers include more than 7,000 physicians, researchers and allied health care professionals with an interest in endocrinology. Recent issues have examined topics such as clinical trials, bariatric surgery complications, and the health effects of fracking chemicals.

The revamped design enhances the magazine’s reader-friendly format by incorporating larger text and more white space. The expanded table of contents will provide more story highlights on the latest coverage of industry trends and new therapies.

In addition to the design changes, the magazine is launching a feature called First Person. In this monthly article, a Society member will share their viewpoint on a recent project.

Endocrine News’ redesigned digital edition launched today. The new online format will make it easier for readers to find and share individual articles.

The September issue ranked as the largest in the magazine’s 11-year history. Endocrine News published an 80-page edition this month.
