Cecilia C. Low Wang, MD

Dr. Low Wang is Professor of Medicine at University of Colorado, Clinician-Scientist at CPC Clinical Research, and a fellow of both the American College of Physicians and the American College of Endocrinology. She is the Medical Director of the IND/IDE Office in the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research at Anschutz Medical Campus, Associate Director of the Mentored Scholarly Activity in the School of Medicine, and Director of the Glucose Management Team at the University of Colorado Hospital. Dr. Low Wang’s mission is to advance the care of diabetes across the continuum of severity and complications, through research, education, and quality improvement. 

Dr. Low Wang (pronounced “lowwong”) has been a member of the Endocrine Society since 2000. She has served on a number of committees and task forces for the Endocrine Society and contributed to numerous trainee and career development efforts of the society. She currently serves as Chair of the Nominating Committee and ex-officio member of the Board of Directors.
