Chief Learning Officer, Endocrine Society

Chris serves as Chief Learning Officer for the Endocrine Society, where he leads the Society’s global learning, education, and meetings. He is responsible for identifying, developing, and evaluating high-impact learning products and experiences that support endocrinology professionals across the career continuum—leveraging evidence-based instructional design, technology-enabled delivery, and data-informed decision-making.

Chris brings a distinctive blend of nonprofit and for-profit experience in adult and continuing education for large healthcare and scientific associations. Prior to joining the Endocrine Society, he was Director of Professional Development at the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), where he oversaw strategic planning, production, marketing, and performance measurement for ASHA’s continuing education portfolio. He began his post-undergraduate career at CommPartners, a leading EdTech firm providing digital learning solutions and consulting services to more than 2000 associations, where he last served as President.

At the Endocrine Society, Chris oversees the Education, Programs, and Meetings enterprise, including ENDO, Clinical Endocrinology Update (CEU), Endocrine Board Review (EBR), and Science Summits. His work emphasizes innovation, partnership development, and sustainable growth—ensuring the Society’s education portfolio remains relevant, accessible, and responsive to evolving learner and workforce needs.

Chris holds the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential and was named a Fellow of the American Society of Association Executives (FASAE). He is also the recipient of ASAE’s Power of A Silver Award and the Association Forum of Chicagoland’s Forty Under 40 distinction.
