Cancellations made by this date will receive a full refund, minus a $75 processing fee. Requests for changing from the Premium Package to the Standard Package will not be honored.
March 7–May 1, 2024
Cancellations requested between 12:01 AM ET on March 7, 2024, and 11:59 PM ET on May 1, 2024, are eligible for a 50% refund less a $75 USD processing fee.
After May 1, 2024
Except in the case of extenuating circumstances, the Society will not issue cancellation refunds for registration or other ticketed events submitted after 11:59 PM ET on May 1, 2024. Registrants who provide a written notification to the official Registration Management Company for the following circumstances, may receive a full refund less a $75 USD processing fee:
Cancellations requested for other reasons will be reviewed by the Endocrine Society to determine eligibility for full or partial refunds. Cancellation requests submitted after May 1, 2024, will be reviewed and processed after the Annual Meeting, June 1-4, 2024. All cancellation requests must be submitted by June 4, 2024 and must be accompanied by a detailed explanation. No refund will be issued for cancellation requests submitted after June 4, 2024. All cancellations must be received in writing.
The Endocrine Society reserves the right to charge the correct amount if different from the total payment listed.
