FY 2020 Senate Appropriations Committee Public Testimony

"To support necessary advances in biomedical research to improve health, the Endocrine Society asks that the NIH receive total funding of least $41.6 billion for fiscal year (FY) 2020. To facilitate the translation of these advances to improve public health, the Endocrine Society asks that the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) receive funding of at least $7.8 billion; and to ensure that women have access to appropriate health services, we recommend that the Title X program be funded at $400 million..."
