The Fellows Training Series (FTS) is an online portal designed to assist fellowship program directors in cultivating the next generation of leaders in endocrinology. Using this portal, educators gain access to ESAP™ In-Training Exam (ITE), which is the premier self-assessment tool in the field, in addition to online procedural assessment tools and additional teaching materials. An FTS subscription provides an entire training program with access to educational activities for a full year.

How do I register fellows from my training program?

In order to register fellows, your institution must subscribe to the FTS.

Each fellow must provide you with their Member ID or the email address associated with their Endocrine Society account. For immediate assistance between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM EST, our Member Services team is available to assist with obtaining Member ID numbers. When the Live Chat is available, the icon will be displayed in the bottom right corner of the screen. Fellows can log in, recover their password, or create an account using the Endocrine Society login form.

You can submit payment for your program's FTS subscription via credit card or check. Once the payment is processed, you will receive a receipt of payment and instructions for scheduling the proctoring of the exam. Fellows will not be registered for ESAP-ITE until payment is received.

To register your fellows by credit card:

  1. Note the Member ID or email address associated with the Endocrine Society account for each of your fellows. They may not have used their institutional email address on their record, so confirm with them before initiating enrollment.
  2. Log in to our Center for Learning.
  3. Once logged in, view your profile to find the link to your program's enrollment group at the bottom of the page. If you do not see a group link, contact us for assistance.
  4. On your group page, click the "Courses" tab and then "Enroll" next to the ESAP-ITE 2019 course.
  5. Use the search tool to find fellows to enroll in ESAP-ITE. You may enter multiple fellows (one per line) using their member ID or their email address. If any fellows are not found, double-check the information in their member record, or they may need to create one.
  6. Select the fellows to be enrolled and click "Enroll and Add to Group."

To register your fellows by check:

If you wish to purchase by check, contact us to request a manual invoice. Please allow three to five weeks for check payments to be fully processed and applied to the invoice. When you receive the invoice by email, please include the invoice number on your check and mail a copy of the invoice with your check to:

How do I access the portal?

Designated program directors and coordinators should log in to our Center for Learning using their Endocrine Society login credentials. If you do not have an Endocrine Society account, you must create one before you may be listed as the group's designated program director and/or coordinator.

If you have forgotten your login credentials, please contact our Member Services team using the Live Chat feature assistance, or use the "Forgot Password?" link on the login form. Please check your spam filter for your password reminder email.
