We would like to express our concern about the European Commission’s proposed Chemicals Omnibus and Chemicals Action Plan. Under the guise of simplifying chemical legislation and strengthening industry’s competitiveness, these proposals risk significantly weakening consumer protection and putting human health and the environment at risk.
