There is no better place to share your research than ENDO, the Endocrine Society's annual meeting. Submitting an abstract earns media coverage for your work, connects you with scientific investigators with similar interests, and helps drive patient care for the people that need us most. All presented abstracts will also be published in a supplement to our Open Access publication, Journal of the Endocrine Society (JES) and assigned a DOI.
ENDO 2025 takes place July 12-15, 2025 in San Francisco, CA. The ENDO 2025 abstract submission site is now CLOSED.
NEXT STEPS
- All abstract presenters have received their presentation information via email. Review your presentation details by logging in to the ENDO Presenter Portal or by searching for your presentation in the ENDO Program Planner.
- Abstract submission does not automatically register you for ENDO. Presenting authors must be registered for your abstract to be included in the ENDO 2025 program. Registration is now open.
- If your abstract will not be presented at ENDO, submit a request to withdraw your submission via the ENDO Presenter Portal. Note that withdrawal requests received after July 3 may not be reflected in the ENDO program until after ENDO concludes.
- Instructions for preparing your oral abstract, rapid-fire, or poster presentation are available on endocrine.org.
- There will be no options for virtual participation at ENDO 2025. The annual meeting will be fully in-person.
- Receipts for the non-refundable abstract handling fee are available within the ENDO Presenter Portal. To access, login with your endocrine.org username and password. For log-in assistance, contact [email protected].
- Access to the ENDO Presenter Portal will end on Friday, July 25, 2025. Presenters should print all ENDO 2025 abstract confirmations and receipts prior to this date.
For questions regarding your abstract, please contact [email protected].
ENDO 2025 Abstract Embargo Policy
Unless otherwise noted, all abstracts presented at ENDO must not be released to the press or the public until the date and time of presentation. For oral presentations, the abstracts are embargoed until the session begins. Abstracts presented at a news conference are embargoed until the date and time of the news conference. The Endocrine Society reserves the right to lift the embargo on specific abstracts that are selected for promotion prior to or during ENDO. Please visit the ENDO media resource page for more information.
