    • Only use the icon for the topical category assigned to your poster. Your poster's topical category is indicated in the beginning of your presentation's session title.
  • Listed in the ENDO 2025 Meeting App and online ENDO 2025 Meeting Planner starting late-March.
  • Published as an online supplement in the Journal of the Endocrine Society (JES).

Poster Presentation

The author presenting the abstract must register for and attend ENDO 2025 to present and validate the published abstract.

If you have posters in more than one topic area scheduled on the same day and you or a co-author cannot be at all of them, we recommend posting a note on your additional board(s) indicating where attendees can find you.

Poster Removal

Posters mounted before or after the above times on the designated days will be discarded.

Poster Size

The poster board display area is 3'9" high by 7'9" wide (1.14 m high by 2.36 m wide).

  • You may prepare a poster that is smaller, but DO NOT EXCEED THIS SIZE.

Poster Printing

The Endocrine Society is pleased to partner with Genigraphics to provide a convenient, competitively priced poster printing service for ENDO poster presenters. Order your poster through Genigraphics and pick it up onsite at the meeting. Genigraphics specializes exclusively in research posters, offering presenters the highest quality of customer service.  Posters ordered through Genigraphics will receive a complimentary design review to check for image issues, table/chart legibility, etc.

As an additional convenience, Genigraphics offers a *NEW* hanging service for presenters. Simply add the hanging service to your print order, and Genigraphics will hang your poster in its assigned location before the start of the poster session.

To Use the Printing Service:

Visit the Genigraphics website for ENDO to download free PowerPoint poster templates, to view pick-up hours, and to order printing and hanging services. Information on pricing, FAQs, and step-by-step instructions for printing with Genigraphics is available via PDF.

Plan Ahead printing order deadline is 1:00 PM CT on Monday, June 30, 2025.

RUSH order deadline is 1:00 PM CT on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 (rush fee applies)

Do not print posters on thick or heavy materials such as poster board or vinyl. The material your poster is printed on must be able to be mounted for several hours with pushpins. High-quality paper or fabric posters will stay in place with pushpins.

Print on matte material if possible (glossy results in glare).

Providing printed copies of your abstract (posted next to your poster or placed on the floor underneath your poster board) is helpful for attendees viewing your poster when you are not standing next to it.
