Fred Conrad Koch, PhD, the Society’s 19th president, is best remembered for his elucidation of testicular function. In 1957, the late Elizabeth Koch bequeathed a substantial legacy to The Endocrine Society in memory of her late husband, Dr. Fred Conrad Koch.

Member or non-member of the Endocrine Society
All voting members of The Endocrine Society, including Emeritus members and In-Training Associates with doctoral degrees, are eligible to submit nominations for the Laureate Awards.

Nomination letter: Clearly identify the accomplishments of the nominee as they pertain to the award description. If the nominee will be nominated for more than one award category, submit a new nomination for each award category and ensure that the nomination letter and letter of support addresses the nominee’s accomplishments accordingly. Letter of Support: A minimum of one letter of support is required
Curriculum Vitae: Include nominee’s current Curriculum Vitae. Substitutions for a full CV will not be accepted (i.e., abbreviated CV, biosketch, etc.).
