IN THE UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE FOURTH CIRCUIT
The Endocrine Society joins with other leading medical and mental health organizations to educate the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit about the treatment for transgender adolescents. The legal challenge is in response to a 2025 Executive Order that seeks to functionally ban gender affirming care for adolescents.
